Payment 

In an effort to offer our customers our lowest price, we offer a cash or check price and a credit card price. The cost of paying by credit card is 2.99% higher to cover our costs of acceptance will be effective May/1/2021. Displayed prices are cash and check prices. Gratuities are cash ore check. 


Policy  

We value your time! In return – we ask the same! We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a 50% fee be charged for all missed services which will be applied to your next appointment.

No Show:

In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 75% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment.

Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of your appointment. 

Bonbon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Safety:

As we are concerned with your, and your children’s safety, and we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in our salon. There are many sharp tools/objects throughout the salon and we want to be sure everyone stays  safe, please have your child sit in waiting area. 

Service Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your service, we will gladly take every effort to make you happy within 7 days. We reserve the right to view any service that is unsatisfactory to you, find out the necessary details, and be given the opportunity to correct it by whatever means we feel will be best for you hair.
